Premium 1.20 mm EPDM rubber roofing membrane supplied in a 3.50 m wide roll and cut to your required length. Designed for flat roofs, offering durable waterproof protection and an expected service life of over 50 years when correctly installed.
Sizing Recommendation:
EPDM membranes are supplied in fixed roll widths and are cut to your required length. Simply enter the roof length needed when ordering, and we will cut the membrane to size before dispatch.
We recommend allowing at least 100 mm extra membrane on each side of the roof (200 mm added to both roof length and width) to accommodate upstands, edge details and secure waterproofing.
Example: For a roof measuring 4.00 m × 5.00 m, we recommend ordering a membrane suitable for a finished size of approximately 4.20 m × 5.20 m. In this case, you would select a 4.20 m wide membrane and enter a quantity of 6.0 m. Membrane supplied will be 4.20 m × 6.00 m.
