Designed for professional flat roofing applications, the STRUCTASEAL EPDM Spraybond Contact Adhesive is a high-performance aerosol contact adhesive developed for bonding EPDM rubber roofing membranes to vertical and horizontal surfaces. The easy-to-use spray formula provides fast, even coverage and creates a strong, durable bond for long-lasting waterproof roofing installations.
Suitable for timber, concrete, masonry, stone-based materials and tissue-faced insulation boards, this adhesive is primarily used for roof perimeters, parapet walls, upstands, edge zones and gutter constructions. The adhesive should be applied to both the substrate and the underside of the EPDM membrane, then allowed to become touch dry before bringing both surfaces together for optimum adhesion.
This adhesive is not suitable for bonding EPDM seams or accessories such as rainwater outlets and prefabricated corners. It forms an essential part of the professional STRUCTASEAL EPDM roofing system for secure edge and detail installation.
