Designed for professional flat roofing applications, the STRUCTASEAL EPDM MS Polymer Adhesive Sealant is a high-performance adhesive and sealant developed for bonding and sealing EPDM rubber roofing membranes. Its premium MS polymer formulation provides a strong, flexible and weather-resistant seal, making it ideal for a wide range of roofing and waterproofing applications.
Suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications, this versatile adhesive sealant is perfect for sealing overlap joints, roof details, gutter constructions and other EPDM connections. It also provides excellent adhesion to most compatible construction substrates and can be applied to slightly damp surfaces, offering greater flexibility during installation.
Once fully cured, the sealant remains permanently elastic and provides excellent resistance to UV exposure, weathering and temperature fluctuations. A 290 ml cartridge typically provides approximately 7 linear metres of sealant, depending on the joint dimensions and application method.
