The advertised size of a shed usually refers to the building dimensions rather than the exact roof area. Roof measurements may vary between manufacturers due to differences in roof pitch, overhanging edges and construction design.

Measure the complete roof surface before purchasing. Allow sufficient material for the roof slope, perimeter edges and any overhang needed to finish the installation correctly.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the 2.8m × 3.1m membrane provides adequate coverage for their roof.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Remove the existing roof covering and carefully inspect the timber roof deck. The surface must be clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound and free from rot, dust or sharp projections.

Unfold the EPDM membrane over the roof and allow it to relax for at least 20 minutes. Fold back part of the membrane and spread the water-based adhesive evenly over the exposed deck using the supplied roller.

Carefully roll the rubber membrane into the wet adhesive and smooth the surface to remove trapped air. Repeat the process on the remaining roof area.

Apply the supplied HP50 sealant around the perimeter and termination points in accordance with the installation guide.
