Extra-wide EPDM roofing membrane supplied in 7.62 metre width, ideal for large flat roofs requiring minimal or zero seams. Durable, flexible and weather-resistant waterproofing solution with a long service life of 50+ years. Suitable for residential and commercial projects across Dublin and all Ireland.
Sizing Recommendation:
EPDM membranes are supplied in fixed roll widths and are cut to your required length. Simply enter the roof length needed when ordering, and we will cut the membrane to size before dispatch.
We recommend allowing at least 100 mm extra membrane on each side of the roof (200 mm added to both roof length and width) to accommodate upstands, edge details and secure waterproofing.
Example: For a roof measuring 4.00 m × 5.00 m, we recommend ordering a membrane suitable for a finished size of approximately 4.20 m × 5.20 m. In this case, you would select a 4.20 m wide membrane and enter a quantity of 6.0 m. Membrane supplied will be 4.20 m × 6.00 m.
