INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Remove the existing roof covering and inspect the timber deck before installation. The surface must be clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound and free from rot, dust and sharp projections.

Unfold the EPDM membrane over the roof and allow it to relax for at least 20 minutes. Fold back part of the rubber and apply the water-based deck adhesive evenly to the exposed surface using the supplied roller.

Carefully place the membrane into the wet adhesive and smooth it down to remove wrinkles and trapped air. Continue this process over the remaining roof area.

Apply the supplied HP50 sealant around the perimeter and termination points as described in the installation guide.
