INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Begin by removing the existing roof covering and checking the condition of the timber roof deck. The surface must be clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound and free from rot, dust and sharp objects.

Position the membrane over the roof and allow it to relax for at least 20 minutes. Fold back a section of the rubber and apply the water-based deck adhesive evenly using the supplied roller.

Carefully place the membrane into the wet adhesive and smooth it down to remove wrinkles and trapped air. Repeat the process across the remaining roof area.

Use the supplied HP50 sealant around the roof perimeter and termination points as detailed in the installation guide.
