INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Before beginning, remove the existing roof covering and examine the timber roof deck. The installation surface must be clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound and free from rot, dust or sharp objects.

Unfold the membrane over the roof and allow it to relax for at least 20 minutes. Fold back a section of the rubber and spread the water-based adhesive evenly over the exposed roof deck using the supplied roller.

Carefully place the membrane into the wet adhesive and smooth it down to remove trapped air. Repeat the process across the remaining area and apply HP50 sealant around the perimeter and termination points as instructed.
