INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Remove the existing roof covering and inspect the timber deck before beginning. The surface must be clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound and free from rot, dust and sharp projections.

Position the EPDM membrane over the roof and allow it to relax for at least 20 minutes. Fold back the membrane, apply the water-based adhesive evenly across the roof deck using the supplied roller and carefully place the rubber into the wet adhesive.

Smooth the membrane to remove trapped air. Apply the HP50 sealant around the roof perimeter and termination points as directed in the fitting instructions.
