Designed to be used to prime the roof surface before the application of the Flexitec 2020 system. Flexitec 2020 Primer is a rapid-curing, cold applied liquid. Requires Flexitec 2020 Powder Hardener.

Priming requirements as follows:

Bituminous surfaces (e.g. felt, asphalt): Priming recommended

Porous surfaces (e.g. concrete / brickwork, plywood): Priming essential

OSB3 TG4: Stripe prime board joints

GRP: No priming required.

Liquid coatings (e.g. polyurethanes): Adhesion tests recommended

Single-ply membranes: Adhesion tests recommended. Flexitec 2020 Primer is applied at a coverage rate of 3.5 to 5.3m2/kg depending on surface roughness.
